Q. Can only Real Estate Agents order our services?
A. Although Real Estate Professionals are our primary clients, these are not the only people or businesses that can benefit from our services. Other clients that can also benefit from our services include For Sale By Owners, Apartment Complexes, Hotels, Vacation Rentals, and Businesses with lobbys, rooms, or other unusual features to showcase.

Q. What technologies are used to display the Virtual Tour?
A. We have just converted our system to the more ubiquitous Flash Technology. The developer of the Flash software, Adobe, claims that 98% of US web users have this application already installed on their computer. This means almost everyone should easily be able play these virutal tours with no installation required. This technology also provides the immersive feel with superb quality and interactivity. For the remaining 2% of people that might not have Flash installed on their computers, this is a free download and takes only a minute for the one-time install.

Additionally, we've created a proprietary image viewer to display our Virtual Tours, Picture Tours and Video Tours. This requires no extra software or download and enables viewers to select which room they would like to view all in one window in a simple, easy to navigate format.

Q. What features are included with each Virtual Tour?
A. Our virtual tours include the following:

 - The ability to bring all Virtual Tours FULL SCREEN on your monitor.
 - The ability to pan left or right 360°, to look straight up at the ceiling and straight down at the floor.
 - To be able to zoom in ('Shift' key) or zoom out ('Ctrl' key) to any part of the scene or use the buttons at the bottom of the tour.
 - A high-quality, fast-loading tour that will beautifully showcase your property.
 - State-of-the-art virtual tour technology that provides an eye-pleasing flat interactive image.
 - All tours are hosted on our servers, saving you valuable web space and webmaster fees.
 - The tour web page we create is proprietary and customized to feature your contact information about your listing.

Q. Can RealEstateMoves.com post my Virtual Tours to Realtor.com and how much extra does it cost?
A. We automatically post your tours to Realtor.com and there is no extra charge for this service.

Q. How can I place my Virtual Tour on my MLS or IDX?
A. Most MLS's and IDX systems have a Virtual Tour field where you can type in the URL (weblink) of the tour. We provide you with a simple one line link. You simply copy and paste that line into the MLS or IDX Virtual Tour field. Please be sure to specify whether you are on the Anderson or Greenville IDX system. Greenville IDX does not allow you to place your contact information in the Virtual Tour, however Anderson IDX does. Spartanburg IDX does not allow Virtual Tours at all.

Q. How can I place my Virtual Tour on my website or my company's website?
A. We provide you with a simple code that you will copy and paste into the website code wherever you like. A '360 Virtual Tour' button will appear on you website similar to the one on our 'EXAMPLES' page.

Q. How do I order any of the services being described?
A. Currently, here are two ways for you to order:
 1. You can place your order by phone by calling 864-513-1516.
 2. Go to our Order Page to download and print an order form in an Adobe Acrobat PDF document. Fill out the form and then fax it to 864-349-2121.

Q. What happens after I place my order and how long before the service is complete?
A. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order (you are not charged at the time you place the order) and set up an appointment time to shoot the property. Our goal is to shoot the property within 1-3 business days after you place your order and have it on the internet within 1-2 days after shooting. The whole process usually takes a little less than a week.

Q. When should I place my order for a virtual tour?
A. As soon as you get the listing! Your client will want to see the tour as soon as possible. The sooner we shoot the tour, the quicker we are able to provide you with your media to place on Realtor.com.

Q. What is the price for a Digital 360° Tour, Photography, or Video Tour?
A. Please see our Pricing Page for complete details.

Q. How do I pay for the virtual tour?
A. When you order the tour, either via phone or fax, we do not charge you at that time. We will call to confirm your order and payment method. If you like, you can bring a check with you to the shoot or we can send you an email where you will be able to pay online via Credit Card. We accept all major cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payment must be made within 24 hours after completion or the tour will be temporarily pulled off our servers until pament is made in full.

Q. Is there any way I can get a discount on my invoices?
A. Yes, there are several ways to get discounts on all services.
 1. As an individual, prepaying for $500 worth of services in advance will create an account where you will earn a 10% discount on all invoices. Another advantage to this method is that all media will be delivered immediately upon completion.

 2. At brokerages that have 5 active members or more, a pre-arranged contract with the broker will give all invoices a 10% discount. With this arrangement, all agents in the office will order the tours with us and the brokerage will be billed one invoice at the end of every month to be paid within 10 days.

 3. And lastly, brokerages on contract that prepay for services will receive a 20% discount on all invoices. To qualify, brokerages will pay $500 for each agent they project will be ordering tours. For every subsequent prepayment, the prepayment amount will be based on the number of agents that participated since the last prepayment was made. A statement will be generated at the end of every month to indicate the remaining balance, if any. Another prepayment will be required when there is only $500 or less remaning on the statement in order to maintain the discount status.

Q. I'm limited on the amount of web space (or storage) on my web site. Will the virtual tour require much space?
A. None at all. As mentioned above, we host the tour web pages and content on our servers. You only have to add the button link (provided by us). This should not affect your storage space at all.

Q. Can I use the digital photos that you take on my own web site or print material?
A. Of course. The images are automatically included in the tour. However, if requested, we can email you copies of the images for you download onto your computer for you to use as you wish. These are professional photos of the property and create less work for you. The provided tours, photos or video can be used any way you wish, including on your web site or any web site where you are promoting your listings. All of our media are designed to provide the very best image possible to represent your property.

Q. Who needs to be present at the property when the photographer comes to shoot the tour?
A. We will be glad to schedule the appointment with either the listing agent or the homeowner. We do ask that an adult over 18 years old be present. In case of rain, we can still shoot the interior of the home, and return later to shoot the exterior shots within the next 2 days. No one needs to be present at the time of the exterior shots if this is agreed to in writing prior to the re-shoot date.

Also, please have the house in the condition you would like it to be presented when our photographer arrives. The condition of the house when we get there is how it will be photographed or video taped.

Q. After I pay for the virtual tour and hosting, are there any reoccurring fees?
A. All tours are good for the life of the listing or 6 months, whichever comes first. If you would like the tour to be hosted longer than 6 months, it can be renewed for just the hosting fee indicated on our Pricing Page. NOTE: All tours have now been extended an additional 6 months to equal One Full Year of hosting with your initial order!

Q. Is there a cancellation fee once the tour has been ordered?
A. You can cancel the tour within 24 hours prior to the photo shoot of the property without a penalty. However, if canceling within the 24 hour period, or if the agent or homeowner fails to show up at the scheduled time (we will wait up to 45 minutes), a $50, non-refundable fee will be accessed. This fee will be in addition to the regular tour amount even if the tour is shot at a later date.

Q. What is your geographic core service area?
A. We cover the following counties: Anderson, Oconee, Pickens, Greenville. Other properties may be considered for an additional travel fee. Please call us for a quote at 864-513-1516.
